blu bodhi’s is located at 665 Main Street (Rt. 28) in Dennis Port. Our saunas are full spectrum, combining near, mid and far-infrared into six different wellness programs: Pain Relief, Anti-Aging, Weight Loss, Relaxation, Detoxification, and Cardio. Sessions are 30, 40, and 45 minutes in length. It is recommended to sauna at least three times a week for ongoing benefits.
The main role of our coaching is to help clients reduce stress by incorporating mindfulness practices and the foundational skills of the Health Coach Institute. Using the Habit Change Coaching Method, clients begin to make positive change and transformation through behavior, beliefs, and identity.
